OmniVisit is visitor and contractor management engineered for boom gates, not lobbies. Pre-registration with host approval, QR pass lifecycle (issue/redeem/anti-passback/hold/revoke), gate scan with decoded SA licence + disc + Smart ID, person↔vehicle variance as first-class state, contractor compliance gates (induction/insurance/medical/NDA via OmniSign), classifications (VIP/UNWANTED/DIRECTOR), evacuation muster, parcel log, barrier-relay abstraction (Impro/Gallagher/Hikvision/manual) and a two-stage security-intel pipeline: tenant BOLO hotlist → silent Hold + PendingVerification incident → human confirm → WhatsApp/SMS incident card via the Identity mesh (never auto-dispatched).
Business problem
Estate and mine gates need sub-second licence/disc/ID decode, contractor compliance blocking and defamation-safe BOLO handling — lobby visitor tools do not model boom-gate variance or offline lanes.

Architecture
Tenant-isolated Postgres with JWT + tenant-claim gate, prod compose, SignalR SOC hub. Decodes delegated to OmniParse parser fleet; BOLO never auto-dispatches — human verification required.
Deployment: Self-hosted Docker on Coolify; offline-capable lanes with queued sync.
Licensing: Per-gate / per-site subscription via billing plane.
