Built for the boom gate, not the lobby

Estate & Mine Gate

Person↔vehicle variance + defamation-safe BOLO

Problem: Lobby visitor tools don't model boom-gate variance or offline lanes. BOLO auto-dispatch risks defamation.

Solution: OmniVisit QR lifecycle (anti-passback/hold/revoke), decoded SA licence/disc/Smart ID via OmniParse fleet, variance as first-class state, contractor compliance gates via OmniSign, and two-stage intel: tenant BOLO → silent Hold + PendingVerification incident → human confirm → WhatsApp/SMS incident card via Identity mesh (never auto-dispatched). Barrier relays: Impro/Gallagher/Hikvision/manual. Offline lane queued sync.

Yard & Logistics

Weighbridge + gate correlated — even when links flap

Problem: Yards lose stock to tailgating and weighbridge fraud when gates and scales aren't correlated.

Solution: OmniYard correlates gate events + weighbridge ticks by JWT tenant claim; anti-theft holds on mismatch. RDT ESP32-S2 Modbus terminals keep SPIFFS employees.json and run autonomously when cloud is absent. OmniQuip 30-second onboarding via OmniParse + photo damage state machines + OmniSign contracts.

MailProxy 3-tier: badge, ZIP, .bdna + AES-GCM

Problem: Altered bank details on PDF invoices traverse email because detection lives abroad and enforcement is decoupled.

Solution: OmniWall MailProxy — zero-plugin, point MUA to 127.0.0.1. SHA-256 invoice ledger, verification badges, MIME deflate/inflate per-part SHA, and 3-tier auto-protect: Tier0 badge, Tier1 password-ZIP, Tier2 Razor .bdna + AES-GCM for verified partners. WAF L7→L3 ipset closed loop, Go daemons at host-net, YARA + honey-ports.

Solar telemetry that survives load-shedding

OmniGrid ESP32-C3 dongles → MQTT → SQLite rules → contactors, with snapshot-durable store and BLE/QR onboarding. Rules run on-device when cloud is absent. Field-trial operational firmware, 33 tests.
